Apple Ads analytics shows how acquisition spend connects to AppActor subscription outcomes. AppActor combines Apple Ads reporting, SDK attribution, and server-side purchase validation so you can inspect campaign quality beyond installs.

Dashboard levels

The dashboard supports drilldown levels: Use the app selector and date range controls to keep comparisons scoped to one iOS app and one reporting window.

Metrics

AppActor reports Apple Ads delivery metrics and AppActor revenue metrics together: Revenue is calculated from AppActor purchase signals, not just Apple Ads install reporting. That makes Apple Ads useful for subscription quality checks such as trial conversion, renewals, refunds, and payback.

Freshness

Apple Ads imports run after a connection is configured and the app has Apple Ads attribution activity. Import cadence can differ by account activity, and selected date ranges may show no rows if Apple has no delivery or AppActor has no matching SDK attribution yet. If the table is empty, check:
  • the iOS app is selected
  • the Apple Ads connection is verified
  • the connection is bound to the app
  • SDK Apple Ads tracking is enabled
  • at least one Apple Ads attributed install has arrived
  • the selected date range includes delivery or attributed installs

Export

Use export when you need to analyze Apple Ads data outside the dashboard. AppActor supports exports at the campaign, ad group, and keyword levels.

Reading ROAS carefully

Selected-range ROAS is a practical acquisition view, not a lifetime prediction. A campaign can look weak early and improve after trials convert. For subscription apps, review ROAS together with trials, paid conversions, refunds, and cancellation behavior before changing bids.
If a keyword has spend but no AppActor-attributed revenue, check whether the app is collecting SDK attribution and whether the conversion window is long enough for subscriptions to mature.
